Our story

Schaefer Home Solutions was started by Brendan Schaefer after almost 10 years working alongside contractors across the concrete, landscape, and handyman trades. Over that time, he saw the same pattern play out again and again: contractors overpromising, underdelivering, and not showing up to bids or jobs when they said they would.

Schaefer Home Solutions exists to fix that. Our team handles concrete & exterior care, landscape, handyman, and junk removal work across the St. Louis metro area, but what we're really built around is making sure customers always know what's going on with their project, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

How we work

Every project follows the same straightforward process, so there are no surprises along the way.

1. You reach out. Fill out our contact form and we'll follow up, usually much sooner, but always within 1 business day.
2. We schedule a walkthrough. A member of our team visits the property to see the project firsthand and answer questions on the spot.
3. You get a written estimate. Before any work begins, you'll have a clear, written estimate, no vague verbal numbers.
4. We do the work, on schedule. Our team completes the job to the timeline and scope we agreed on, and keeps you updated the whole way through.
